Vasiliki Karagiorgos (born in March 15, 1983 Darwin, Northern Territory) simply known for her stage name Vassy is an Australian singer and songwriter. Vassy, whose parents are both Greek immigrants (from Florina), was discovered in 2003 after winning Australian radio station Triple J's Unearthed talent contest. Her single "We Are Young" reached the top of ''Billboard''s Hot Dance Club Songs. In 2014, she featured on the song "Bad" by David Guetta and Showtek, which has already reached number 1 in many countries. In addition, "Hustlin'", her collaboration featuring Crazibiza and Dave Aude went to number one on the US Dance charts. In 2015, she won the IDMA Award for Best Featured Vocalist for the single "Bad" by David Guetta & Showtek featuring Vassy's vocals.
